What is your maximum capacity?

Our max capacity is 150 guests. This includes the bridal party, all guests and the bride and groom. Max capacity does not include your paid vendors or lap babies. 

Can we rent the venue by the hour?

Yes, we have all types of options that we are glad to customize to fit your needs

Can we bring our own food?

The Venue at Serenity Falls has an open-vendor policy except for bartending and security. 

Any insured catering company is allowed. We also allow self-catered events with professional servers.

What is your alcohol policy?

The Venue at Serenity Falls does not have required alcohol packages. We do require all alcohol to be served from the bar by a licensed and insured bartender from one of our preferred vendors. 

We allow liquor, bottles, kegs, wine, beer, etc. Shots and straights are not allowed. All alcohol must be delivered to the venue prior to the event. No self-serve alcohol is allowed.

What is required to book the venue?

We require a $1,000 payment and a signed contract to secure a date. This payment is deducted from your rental total. 

Do you have any extra (hidden) fees?

The Venue at Serenity Falls has an upfront, gimmick-free pricing policy. We do not charge any additional fees such as gratuity, booking fees, or service charges. We do require event insurance and a fully refundable damage deposit. 

How many hours does a rental include?

Our packages include 12-hour venue access. The event itself can last up to six (6) hours and cannot exceed 12:00 midnight. Additional hours after midnight can be purchased.

Do you do events other than weddings?

Yes! The Venue at Serenity Falls has hosted many special events including community events, weddings and receptions, quinceaneras, Sweet 16's, vow renewals, funerals and life celebrations, as well as special anniversaries, and holiday parties.
